Alternatively, click Application Form and Donation Form to download a form, print out and return completed and signed to the 5W office, together with your membership donation (minimum £57 sterling or equivalent in your own currency). Donations can be made by cheque (payable to 5W) in £Sterling, US$, Canadian$ or Euros. Your donation may also be made by Credit/Debit card using the form below; post it to the 5W office together with your completed application form. We can accept Credit/Debit Card donations in £Sterling only. Payment also accepted by Bank Transfer
If you are unable to make the full donation of £57, please contact the 5W Office and we can discuss options for a reduced membership fee, if applicable.
If you wish to mail an application form but then make your donation online, please return the completed application form to the 5W office, who will issue a confirmation email before you make your payment.
Your details will be circulated in the address list sent from the international centre in High Wycombe, UK.
